The above personal information will be provided to the Spirax Sarco entity in your country or region, i.e., when you are a user in mainland China, the above information you fill in will be provided to Spirax Sarco Engineering (China) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Spirax Sarco China”), in order to communicate with you and support your business needs. Other than that, we will not use your personal information for other purposes, or share, transfer or disclose it to any other companies, organizations or individuals, unless we have informed you in advance and obtained your separate consent, or otherwise required by relevant laws, regulations or supervisory authorities.

Spirax Sarco, as the personal information handler of your personal information, is a company established in the United Kingdom and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom under registration number Z8234137. As such, your personal information as described above will be stored on servers located in the United Kingdom.

However, depending on your business relationship with us or with Spirax Sarco China, for example, if you become our customer, we will continue to store your personal information for as long as necessary. When the retention period of your personal information expires, we will completely delete or anonymize your personal information. If the complete deletion or anonymization of personal information is technically difficult to achieve, we will cease processing beyond storage and the necessary security measures.

We will normally respond to your request to exercise the rights set out above within 15 30 working days , and if we are unable to comply with your request, we will inform you of the situation and explain why. Please be aware that for security purposes, we may first ask you to verify your identity, and if your identity cannot be verified, we may not be able to process your request. In principle, we do not charge you for reasonable requests, but we will charge you a fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits.
