Service Centre
Hiter's modern service centre offers both one-off maintenance and refurbishment services or management and maintenance contracts. We have a structure capable of servicing single valves or entire plants. We also have a structure that allows us to carry out in-company maintenance during downtimes without the need for major logistical operations where time is of the essence. All valve components and parts are original and traceable, ensuring compliance with quality management requirements and reducing the risk of legal proceedings and plant insurance costs. Hiter stands out for what it has always done best: working closely with its customers, identifying needs and presenting technically viable solutions.
Technical Support
Our technical support staff are highly qualified professionals with many years of experience in this field. We have all the most commonly used original spare parts available for immediate delivery and can also manufacture specially designed parts or special alloy materials with reduced lead times. We have high-tech portable equipment for field testing, which allows online assessment of valve performance parameters such as internal component wear, positioner calibration and linearity of the valve / actuator / positioner assembly, eliminating the cost of removal and transport in valve maintenance.
