Identify and formulate sales plans and any specific objectives for the area, and the required actions to achieve these objectives.
Identify potential areas by territory and target customers and agree on the action plan.
Support, guide, mentor, and coach Sales Engineers in the full consultative selling process.
As required and assigned by the Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Sales Director / General Manager, execute, actively support, and monitor strategic and growth initiatives, key projects and customers.
Meet and exceed personal sales target and support the junior sales team to meet and exceed the overall territory target.
Present lectures and run seminars on general or specific aspects of the efficient use of steam
Plan, manage and direct area screening and potential available market (PAM) exercises regularly.
Maintain high levels of market and competitor knowledge of the area.
Actively participate and contribute to the 3-year and 1-year planning process for the area.
Job Requirements
Degree or equivalent with a minimum 8 years’ of sales experience and 2 years of sales leadership
Proven track records in steam or related field sales experience .
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong sales leadership and people management experience, able to lead, motivating and inspiring the team.
Knowledge and experience in F&B, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Fats and Oils, rubber industries will be an added advantage
