Sales Manager QLD

We now have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Sales Manager role in NSW. Reporting to our National Sales Manager, this role will be leading a team of 11 direct reports. 

We are looking for a commercially astute, people savvy and technically competent Sales Manager to lead and develop our QLD sales team, to further embed Customer First 2 strategy and to drive sustainable business growth. 

Relevant Experience: 

  • Experience in managing a high performing sales team with demonstrable success in sales growth and people development  
  • Proven track record of growing revenue year on year together with gross margin and profit expansion
  • Proven ability to achieve KPI’s and target 
  • Experience with solution selling techniques 
  • Strong industry and product knowledge 
  • Experience in implementing sales strategy at a state level 
  • Degree, Diploma, Trade and/or equivalent experience of minimum 7 years in a relevant field or industry

  • Build and develop an effective Sales Team by coaching and mentoring to drive profitable sales growth through the application of consultative selling (Lead)

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to seamlessly adapt
  • Coaching abilities 
  • The ability to lead with result-oriented approach technical aptitude 
  • A Customer-First and positive “can-do” attitude 
  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office, CRM or equivalent applications use 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Strong ability to uphold Spirax Sarco’s core values
