The EP6 Electro-pneumatic positioner can control any valve that is actuated by a linear or rotary pneumatic actuator that conforms with NAMUR. It guarantees an exact proportionality between the stroke of the valve and the value of the electrical input signal (mA) into the positioner.
Description The AE36 range of automatic air eliminators / air vents is designed for use on hot and cold water installations. The body and cap are of austenitic stainless steel type 316L. With check valve the designation becomes AE36A.
The Spirax Sarco LC2400 is used to connect a level controller to the 4- 20 mA output signals from the steam flowmeter and (where fitted), the water flowmeter. The controller can be an LC2200 (for an electrically actuated feed valve), or an LC2300 (for a pneumatically actuated valve).
The PP Series is a linear pneumatic piston type actuator used on linear valves in module control system. It is a versatile actuator which can be changed from direct acting to reverse acting, with no need of additional parts.
The 25BP Back Pressure Regulator maintains a constant upstream pressure in a piping system. The reverse-acting pressure pilot opens the main valve when the sensed upstream pressure increases.
The trap contains a float valve mechanism which modulates to discharge condensate continuously at steam temperature, while non-condensible gases are released by a separate internal balanced pressure thermostatic air vent.
The SP7-1* smart positioner can control any valve that is actuated by a linear or rotary pneumatic actuator that conforms with NAMUR. It guarantees an exact proportionality between the stroke of the valve and the value of the electrical input signal (mA) into the positioner. The SP7-1* has a cast aluminium housing that is also treated for outdoor installation. The unit can be mounted onto pneumatic actuators either rotary -57 to 57° or linear -28 to 28°.
The trap contains a float valve mechanism which modulates to discharge condensate continuously at steam temperature, while non-condensible gases are released by a separate internal thermostatic air vent.
The 25E is controlled by an electric pilot valve. The main valve opens wide when the pilot is energized; it closes tight when the pilot is de-energized. The 25E does not modulate or throttle steam at part load.
