He/She and will be a support for:
- 100% Customer Interface
- Easiest quotations
- Check, according with Customer needs, the best delivery time, after a Supply specific request or - after a changed Customer need
- Place, check, and correct orders in ERP System, according to internal procedures.
- Process claims into PLM system
- Provide delivery informations to Customer
- Manage Return And Cancellations, according to SXS Policy
- Advise Customer, according with Sales Dept, about a financial issue
- What Do We Expect from a Front Officer
Technical skills and personal characteristics:
- Good relational skills
- Ability to work in team
- Desire to actively contribute to change and continuous improvement
- Target oriented
IT skills:
- Excellent level of use of Excel (knowledge up to Pivot tables required)
Language skills:
- Good knowledge of English
Other information:
- Educational qualifications: High School or Degree;
- Duration of internship: 6 months + 6 months;
- Use of the Company canteen;
- FULL TIME;
- Reimbursement starting from 600 Euros to 800 Euros, depend on Education qualification.
