The EMEA Sales Division is developing a Connected Services Digital Hub to execute the Cf2 digital strategy. This will enable us to integrate our newly developed digital products and services into the Division.
To achieve this strategy, we are building a team of 12. These 12 individuals will take up three core positions, Business Development Manager, Audit Engineer, and Service Engineer (IOT). These 12 positions will be deployed in four locations; EMEA Lead Hub (UK), CEE Hub (Germany), MEAWE Hub (France) and NSE Hub (UK).
This role will enable and drive all of the activities to digitally connect customers in EMEA. We will promote (internally to our Division’s Operating Companies, and externally to our customers), engage, connect and learn by doing for our new digitally connected customers. This includes a) leveraging Connected Services for steam system and asset performance, reliability and optimisation, and b) leveraging portals and apps for an improved customer experience.
You will represent the customer and Division’s Operating Companies to the Digital Strategy and Services team, ultimately integrating the digital value chains of Steam Specialties and our customers, helping to deliver sustainable long-term growth and maximised profit by establishing customer dependency on the value we provide.
Your role is key to the development of Connected / Digital capability within the Division whilst being responsible for working bi-directionally with the Digital team to drive global best practices and learnings.
